The Fry Shoppe started with one bold idea: make fries the star. Our founder, Wilson Santos, first discovered fries in cones with sauces, on his first visit to Amsterdam in 1994. After many follow up trips, he became addicted to the fry cones and always wanted to bring that concept to the States. Our Winter Park home brings that idea to life with a dedicated fry experience built around flavor and choice. Different fry sauces and a variety of fresh toppings on fry cones give a familiar favorite a new role on the menu. Come for the fries, then find another reason to come back.

The fry bar starts with a simple question: how do you like your fries? Start with our extra crispy fries, then explore bold sauces and fresh-cut toppings to make it your own. Signature cones offer a starting point when you want to try our favorites. Or you can build your own cone and make it unique to your liking.
